Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment by email and by text (24 hours prior to your appointment date). However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Clients will receive a pe-payment link via WhatsApp in order to confirm their appointment. 

Treatment Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel, the 24-hour cancellation policy allows them to do so without a fee. After the 24-hour window, there's a fee to cancel, 50% of the cost of the services booked.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

 

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the services booked will be charged.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, you will receive store credit, which can be used for future services or purchases with us.
