Store policy.

Please read the following policies before booking your appointment. By confirming an appointment with LadyJo London, you agree to these terms.

Appointment confirmation

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment by email and by text 24 hours prior to your appointment date.

However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Clients will receive a pre-payment link via WhatsApp in order to confirm their appointment.

Treatment cancellation policy

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in the full cost of the treatment being forfeited.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late arrival and no-show policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled.

Refunds and store credit

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any treatments, packages, memberships, or gift cards once purchased.

If a service cannot be completed due to a clinic error or unavoidable circumstances, we will issue store credit for the full amount. Store credit can be used for any future service or product with us and never expires.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Discounts

Packages are already priced at a competitive rate, and as such, no additional discounts can be applied. This policy ensures that we continue to provide high-quality services while maintaining the best value for all our clients.

Packages

Yearly packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include all services listed in your subscription plan.

Individual or add-on packages purchased outside of a yearly plan (e.g. session bundles, service credits, special add-ons) are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions or services after 6 months will automatically expire and are non-refundable. All sessions are non-transferable and must be used for the month.
